Our instructors teach ServSafe® courses at a variety of levels to business owners, managers and their food handling staff in an exciting format.
Requirements: As of December 31, 2007, in the state of Georgia, at least one member of management from each restaurant has to be a certified food safety manager and in some counties food establishments must have one certified food safety manager for each shift. Your local health department is enforcing this new law. The good news is, once you've earned your certificate, it is valid for 5 years.
To Register online: Select the link (to the left) that says "Registration". Choose the class that you are intersted in. If you need to be certified in Food Safety, choose the first class "ServSafe® Food Safety Manager Certification Seminar". Then choose the date that works best you. Once we receive your registration confirmation and payment has been approved, your book will sent out through UPS. We accept V/MC/Amex/Disc, checks & money orders.
